The mission of The Christian Academy of Winter Haven Inc is to instill pride and respect for the Gospel of the Kingdom, while providing students with the essential skills of a comprehensive quality Christian education.
This education will not only ensure survival in this world but will also nurture the gift in them that they may be used for the up-building of God’s kingdom. In that, we will produce students with leadership skills and productive qualities. Elders, Ministers, Pastors, Evangelists, and Deacons as well as doctors, lawyers, executives, and teachers who will serve as our productive citizens.

Bible is taught which includes knowledge, understanding, memorization, and life application of the scriptures. It is also integrated across all subject areas and forms the basis of the school’s philosophy and practice.

Our aim is to build an effective nondestructive learning environment in which positive behavior is encouraged so that academic success can be achieved. Acceptable student behavior is the key element in the creation and maintenance of such an environment to be on level in all subjects.
The students at the Christian Academy of Winter Haven will be self-motivated learners who develop spiritual confidence and critical thinking skills which will enable them to be “in the world but not of the world.”
We believe Jesus is first in all things.
We believe in giving and receiving respect.
We believe children should not be humiliated, hurt, or embarrassed intentionally.
We believe a child’s self-esteem should be nurtured tenderly.
We believe our job is to teach until a child learns, rather than punish until learning takes place.
We believe if we are willing to say “I am sorry” when a mistake is made, we do not have to be afraid of making a mistake, and the student will learn the same.
We want all children to enjoy the learning process, and we want to help them to develop their own motivation for learning. We will pray to do our best to encourage your child to succeed in their attempts to learn.
